They let us open the envelope and we gave the new cards back to them for final verification which took a few more minutes. They gave us our new EMV Debit Cards enclosed in an envelope. If you don’t have your old ATM card anymore, you will need to request BDO to have it blocked, then you have to secure an Affidavit of Loss, and submit it to your BDO branch of account together with your valid IDs.
